Delivery Information for Plain/Wholesale Bags

Paper Bag Co. prides itself in the speed with which we process and deliver your order. It is fast, efficient and hassle-free. All orders we receive, Monday to Friday before 3pm, are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. We can deliver next day to any where in the UK Mainland except for the most remote areas of Scotland where deliveries may be later.

At the checkout process you will also have the option to upgrade your delivery to Saturday before 12pm, or Next Working Day before 10:30am or 12pm

Also if the delivery needs to cross the water i.e. Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight – we offer a 2-3 days delivery service. The shipping section will assist with this process and when checking out of our website the relevant surcharges will appear.

Next day delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Paper Bag Company’s control. Please allow 1-2 working days.

We use professional couriers to deliver your items (DPD Local / DHL International) or a palletised delivery service depending on the size and weight of the products that you order.

It is important that you give us the full delivery address and contact telephone number. If goods are returned to the Paper Bag Company because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.

A signature will be required on delivery unless you have instructed otherwise. We cannot accept any liability for items that are not signed for.

Your order may be delayed if:
There are any unexpected stock shortages and/or if we are unable to get immediate security clearance for payment – we will notify you by e-mail or telephone if this is occurs.

My Order has not arrived

All Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched same day. Please note that we rely on our courier to fulfil your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond Paper Bag Company’s control such as traffic conditions or bad weather. Please allow 1-2 working days.
